Since the sun had already started to set outside, the three of them moved to a nearby restaurant for dinner.

“Do you know anything about Baycord, Yuri?”

“How would I?”

“While ignorance is not something to brag about, you say it with such confidence that it’s almost impressive.”

Haryeong shook her head in exasperation.

“Baycord the *Fist Wolf*. He’s a former member of the city guards of Cyron. About 20 years ago, he suddenly left the guards and became a wanderer. Originally, he was known for using a spear, but he abruptly switched to martial arts.”

“Why would he do that?”

“Abandoning a weapon he was skilled with to become a martial artist must have had its reasons, but the details aren’t known.”

Yuri wondered if there was some connection to the *Raspion* family but decided not to ask just yet.

‘I’ll look into it later.’

“Baycord became known for his reckless duels. Starting about 10 years ago, he began challenging famous martial artists out of nowhere.”

“Did he win a lot of those duels?”

“If he had challenged weaker opponents, he probably would have won a lot. But Baycord wasn’t like that. He repeatedly lost in devastating defeats, only to challenge again or find another opponent. That’s how he earned the nickname *Fist Wolf*.”

Looking at his massive frame, Yuri thought it was more fitting to call him a bear rather than a wolf, but before he could dwell on that thought, he heard Haryeong click her tongue at him.

“If you aspire to be a martial artist, you should familiarize yourself with the names of higher-ranking warriors.”

It was Yuri’s first time dining out in Luteran. The restaurant Elena took them to had a luxurious exterior, and her claim of being a regular seemed genuine, as the manager personally came out to greet her.

“There are a few names you must know: *One Demon*, *One Emperor*, *Two Saints*, *Three Overlords*, *Four Absolutes*, and *Four Sentinels*.”

Once seated, Haryeong raised her fingers, flicking them as she listed the titles.

“These 15 people are referred to as the *Peerless Martial Masters*.”

“I know the *One Demon* and the *One Emperor*.”

The *One Demon* refers to the *Heavenly Demon* of the Demonic Cult.

The *One Emperor* refers to *Sword Emperor Albator Orsia*, the patriarch of the Orsia family, one of the seven prestigious families of the Western Cartel.

“For the average person, knowing just those two is enough. But since you don’t want to be average, Yuri, you’ll need to know more.”

Haryeong clicked her tongue before continuing.

“The *One Demon* and *One Emperor* are confirmed to be at least 8th-tier. The remaining 13 are at least 7th-tier.”

Yuri remembered some of the high-level NPCs from the game but had no knowledge of the *Three Overlords* or the *Four Absolutes*. So, he listened quietly as Haryeong explained.

“The *Three Overlords* are warriors of the dark side, while the *Four Absolutes* are either righteous or neutral warriors.”

“Aren’t there other powerful figures in the Demonic Cult besides the *Heavenly Demon*?”

“They do have the *Seven Evils*, but their roster changes frequently. For all we know, the *Seven Evils* might be changing right now.”

The current *Master of the Silent Killers*, *Dark King Dang Yushin*.

*Sword Demon Weedo Young*.

“The third member used to be the former head of the *Black Dragon Society*, *Savage Tyrant*, but he was killed by the new leader. Nothing is known about this new head, but for now, the three of them are referred to as the *Three Overlords*.”

The *Righteous Sword Sect Leader*, *Swordless White Crane* Murong Hyunrak.

*Sun-Piercing Divine Spear* Ruderk Torres.

The Fist King Dokgo Guijin.

The Silver Martial Queen Yeon Li-Sanga.

“Even in the chaos that started 30 years ago, the Four Lords haven’t changed. On the other hand, the Four sentinels... They are martial artists who appeared after the chaos began, and all of them are either suspected of being reincarnators or confirmed to be so.”

Yuri couldn’t help but focus on what he was hearing.

The Cruel Disturbance Eleia Yudel.

The Slaughtering Frenzy Geum Yeonggwan.

The Full Moon Game Chuk Sindoo.

The Brilliant Extreme Heaven Ju Jinhak.

“...”

Yuri desperately tried to control his expression.

“Among them, who are confirmed to be reincarnators?”

“There are two in total, one of them being the Full Moon Game, Chuk Sindoo.”

Of course it would be.

“No one knows his past. It seems that even his name is an alias, but that bizarre man always introduces himself with that fake name.”

That crazy bastard. To think he would act like that even after coming to this world. Isn’t this a world where revealing that you’re a reincarnator could get you killed? Not only would the natives of this world be hostile, but even other reincarnators would need to be careful.

‘Wait a minute... But for him to survive and even become a Wuji Master means he’s incredibly strong.’

From what I heard, he’s been openly advertising that he’s a reincarnator for a long time, so he must have been attacked from all sides.

And yet, Chuk Sindoo didn’t die.

‘Come to think of it, he was the first among us to reach the top spot in the Hall.’

[“Damn it, I can’t play this f**king game anymore.”]

[“Goodbye, losers. I’m outta here first.”]

[“If my team wins the World Cup, I’ll be back. Later, suckers.”]

[“You bastard! Don’t quit until then. I’ll buy you a drink when you come back, lol.”]

Yuri felt disoriented by the unfulfilled desires of Chuk Sindoo and the promise that never came to be.

“Eleia Yudel, the Cruel Disturbance, is also a confirmed reincarnator, and although there’s only suspicion for the other two... I think it’s quite certain that they are as well.”

The food arrived. Yuri quietly calmed his surprised heart as he picked up his utensils.

“A Wuji Master, huh? That sounds grand. We magicians don’t have something like that.”

“Whether it’s a Tower Lord or a Wuji Master, they’re pretty much the same.”

“What’s the similarity?”

Elena grumbled as she mixed her salad.

“What’s this ‘Lords’ thing about?”

“Oh, you’re mocking them for sounding grand, but you seem interested?”

“I’m just curious because you didn’t finish your explanation.”

“The Lords belong to the Churches.”

Haryeong didn’t even glance at the salad. She kept sneaking looks at the kitchen, waiting for the main dish.

“The War Saint Kares from the Church of War. And the Calamity Saint Lorelia from the Church of Order.”

Yuri once again struggled to keep his expression neutral.

“The Church of Order? Isn’t that a place that’s half-destroyed?”

“They used to be quite prosperous, but when the chaos began, they lost their power. It’s their own fault. They went out of their way to protect the reincarnators, and now even their Goddess of Order is in an endless sleep after caring for them.”

“I still don’t get it. Why did the Goddess of Order protect the reincarnators?”

Elena grumbled, narrowing her eyes.

“I get that the God of Chaos forcibly brought the reincarnators into this world. But why did the Goddess of Order protect them?”

“Because she pitied the reincarnators.”

“Everyone knows that. What I’m asking is, why only pity the reincarnators? What about the people who originally lived in this world?”

“How could we ever understand the heart of a compassionate Goddess?”

“I don’t like it.”

Elena scratched the table with her nails as she muttered.

“Thanks to her guidance, the reincarnators started wreaking havoc, didn’t they? If she realized they were reincarnators, she should have killed them back then.”

From the perspective of the natives of this world, Elena’s words made perfect sense.

“True.”

So Yuri agreed with her.

Why did the Goddess of Order protect the reincarnators?

He had heard the reason. As Haryeong mentioned, the compassionate Goddess of Order felt sorry for the reincarnators who were dragged into this world against their will. So, she granted miracles to ensure that the reincarnators didn’t die pointless deaths and sent her divine inspiration to the priests so they could guide the reincarnators.

Hoping that one day, the reincarnators would grow strong enough to kill the God of Chaos, the source of all the troubles.

As a result, the reincarnators managed to survive in this world.

Some reincarnators even joined the chaos, or became monsters causing chaos themselves.

“Not all reincarnators are evil. Some reveal that they’re reincarnators and dedicate themselves to righteous actions. The Cruel Disturbance, despite the savage nickname, only opposes those involved in magic and dark forces while tracking the Church of Chaos.”

“Haryeong, are you taking the reincarnators’ side?”

“I’m on no one’s side. I’m just stating the facts.”

Finally, the main dish arrived. Haryeong’s eyes lit up as she picked up her knife to cut into the thick steak.

“Well, in any case, the Church of Order is practically finished. Because they showed goodwill toward the reincarnators, they were attacked by other churches and various factions. They were even expelled from Union, the Federation’s religious city, and I’ve heard they’re barely surviving in some hidden sanctuary.”

“Even after all that, are they still friendly to reincarnators?”

“They may not have a choice since it’s the Goddess’s divine will, but who knows? Priests are still human, after all. Even if they worship the Goddess, after 30 years, would they still be friendly toward the reincarnators who ruined their church? Time can change many things.”

Yuri silently listened to the conversation while cutting his steak. He thought it better to stay quiet and listen than to say something unnecessary.

“The only reason the Church of Order still exists is because of the Calamity Saint Lorelia.”

“Is that Lorelia priestess really that strong?”

“Yes. Her estimated rank is at least the upper level of the 7th rank, and she might even be 8th rank.”

Haryeong stuffed a large piece of steak into her small mouth and chewed quickly.

“The violent representative of the Church of Order. Her nickname is the Calamity Saint. Also known as the ‘Order Enforcer.’”

Should I be happy about this? Yuri felt conflicted as he chewed his meat.

The martial art Yuri had learned, the Mye-olakche-onri-geol, was Lorelia’s technique.

In other words, Yuri was practicing the martial art of the Calamity Saint, Lorelia, who is at least an upper 7th rank or possibly 8th rank.

Which means, the Mye-olakche-onri-geol could be a divine-level technique, surpassing even the highest mortal martial arts.

‘If this gets found out...’

It’s over. The martial art of the Calamity Saint, known by everyone. The only connection between Yuri and Lorelia is one thing.

The Church of Order.

And reincarnators.

‘Especially her... I can never let her know.’

Yuri glanced at Elena while chewing his meat. He had always thought that Elena must never find out—Elena was hostile toward reincarnators.

‘How long can I keep this hidden?’

Continuing to stay in Elena’s house, relying on the Veil of Deception, hiding his achievements...

‘That won’t work.’

He had no intention of living in Elena’s house forever.

He would leave her house at the right time.

Return to the days when they occasionally exchanged letters.

That would be better for both of them.
